6 Tips for Setting and Achieving Goals
Everyone should be setting goals. Goals can be personal, financial, health or any other area of your life but it’s important that we set goals.
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality.
6 Tips For Setting And Achieving Goals
1. Goals should be written down. If they aren’t written down it’s more like dreaming. Remember we are always moving toward action—not just dreaming.
2. Goals should be time-based. 90 days is a great time frame.
3. Write your goals in present tense and in the first person.
4. Make sure your goals are attainable.
5. Use all 5 of your senses. Visualize, hear, feel, smell, taste.
6. Take action on your goals. If your aren’t taking the necessary action toward reaching your goals, you will achieve them.

The Law of Expectations
In his book, “Change You Thinking, Change Your Life” Brian Tracy talks about several Universal Laws, however, here I’m going to focus on 4 Universal Law To Change Your Life. They are:
1. The Law of Belief
2. The Law of Expectations
3. The Law of Attraction
4. The Law of Correspondence
1. The Law of Belief –
The Law of Belief states that whatever you believe with feeling and conviction becomes your reality. It is not until you change your beliefs that you can begin to change your reality and your performance.
I’m sure you have heard the doubters and the naysayers out there who always proclaim “I’ll believe it when I see it!”
The fact of the matter is that it is the other way around; it is not until you believe it, that you will see it (no matter what “it” is)!
The biggest responsibility you have to yourself is to change your beliefs on the inside so they are consistent with the realities you wish to enjoy on the outside.
Self-limiting beliefs are perhaps the most detrimental of all thoughts, since they absolutely will keep you from the success that you may want, but don’t believe you can attain.
Henry Ford says”whether you think you can or you can’t, your right!” This saying is completely congruent with the Law of Belief.
2. The Law of Expectations
The Law of Expectations tells us that whatever one expects, with confidence, becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
When one expects with confidence that good things will happen, they usually will. If, on the other hand, one expects a negative outcome to a situation, then the outcome will usually be negative.
Our expectations play a key role in our own outcomes and they also have a remarkable effect on the people around us.
What we expect from those around us determines our attitude toward them more than any other factor.
In turn, the people around us tend to reflect our attitudes right back at us – whether the expectations and attitudes are positive or negative, good or bad.
If you expect to be successful, you will eventually be successful.
If you expect to be happy and popular, you will be happy and popular.
If you expect to be healthy and prosperous, admired and respected by the people around you, that is what will happen.
Start every morning by saying: “I believe something wonderful is going to happen to me today.”
3. The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction states “you are a living magnet”.
We attract into our lives, that which we focus our thoughts upon. If your thoughts are constantly on positive outcomes and good results, then that is what we will manifest.
If, on the other hand, your predominant thoughts are on negative outcomes and poor results, then that is what you will attract.
This is based on the fact that the Universe is simply magnetic energy in motion. Emotions, thoughts, feelings and objects – absolutely everything has a magnetic frequency.
Since like attracts like, it is only logical that the magnetic frequency of your predominant thoughts will attract results that have a similar magnetic frequency.
We know that emotions that are love-based (love, desire, happiness, wonder, joy etc.) have a very high magnetic frequency, whereas emotions that are fear-based (anger, hatred, intolerance, fear, sadness etc.) magnetize at a very low frequency.
4. The Law of Correspondence
The Law of Correspondence says that your outer world corresponds to your inner world.
This simply means that what happens on the outside is merely a reflection of what is happening on the inside.
Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world.
If you are unhappy and living in conflict with yourself, you will always exhibit negative behaviors on the outside. Sometimes, one can mask these negative behaviors and thoughts, but the true feelings will eventually reveal themselves.
Everything in our lives is a mirror of what is happening within us. If you want to make your outside life better, the only way to accomplish this is to change what is happening on the inside.
In order to live the successful, happy life we all deserve, it is necessary to understand and live by Universal Law. The best way to do this is to first and foremost, take control over your thoughts and to stay in the present moment.
Ask yourself constantly; “What am I thinking about right now?“ If the answer is something negative, then take the opportunity to change your thoughts. This will start to put you back in control of your life which is the first step to lasting happiness and peace of mind!
Keep in mind that achieving success is available to all of us. You must only be aware of, understand and live in accordance with the Universal Laws that make it possible.

I got caught up in the videos, testimonies, and pictures posted on Facebook.
It’s awesome that all the pictures and videos were posted and I posted several myself.
That’s immediately a good sign of a great company when people return from an event and want to tell others about it whether it is in images, posts, or testimonies.

Achievement vs Success
Understanding the difference between achievement and success is important when it comes to how you feel about yourself and whether or not you consider yourself a successful person.
Achievement and success are two words that appear alike in their meanings, but actually they show some differences between them. The word ‘achievement’ is used in connection with the realization of one’s goals.
On the other hand, the word ‘success’ is used in the sense of fulfilling certain conditions necessary to reach the goal.
Success is a feeling or state of being.
Success happens when you wake up in the morning and you know why you dowhat you do. You are fulfilling your passion. You are successful.
With each achievement, the tangible measurements of success and the feeling of progress increase.
